one of my most viral recipes of 2025 with good reason!!! this sausage ragu with ditalini is ready in under 30 minutes and one of my favorite weeknight meals. recipe can be found below, enjoy!! Ingredients -2 cups of Ditalini (@barillaus) -1 pack of ground Italian sausage -1 onion, diced -4 to 5 cloves of garlic, minced -2 TB of Italian seasoning -4 TB of tomato paste (@centofinefoods) -2/3 cup of chicken broth -1 cup of heavy cream -1/2 cup of Parmesan -salt and pepper to taste Heat EVOO over medium heat. Add onions and garlic and cook until fragrant. Add Italian sausage and brown. Season with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Add tomato paste and mix. Add chicken broth and heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add parmesan with a splash of pasta water. Cook pasta until al dente. Add directly to pan with another splash of pasta water and parmesan.
