HOMEMADE SOURDOUGH PASTA DOUGH -1 cup of sourdough discard -4 eggs -3 cups of flour -for pink dough: 1-2 TB of beet root powder Mix ingredients together in stand mixer bowl and use dough hook to mix for approximately 10 min. wrap and let sit at room temp for at least 30 minutes. roll dough out and put through pasta attachment, or if you don’t have one, you can use a rolling pin + knife to cut!
