I 100% agree that this generation of kids are a lot more anxious and I think so are their parents. As a social worker that worked for many years with teens and parents, the biggest take away that I got from them was the lack of tools and resources they had to navigate their kid. It’s important to talk to teens about all the things that scare us, social media being one of them. Teens want boundaries believe it or not, and they are more likely to be safe when we have open conversations and set healthy limits.
