Many of us believe that climate change doesn’t, and won’t affect us; that there is no impact on our daily lives. For the indigenous people in Greenland, whose survival is directly connected to traditional ways of life, the negative impacts of global warming are already here. The Inuit people for example, are experiencing a reduced and more dangerous “highway of ice” on which they travel to hunt while the rest of the world is experiencing extreme weathers conditions from heatwaves, hurricanes, floods and fires.
