The US is in partnership with Intel to revive chip production while some other countries are throwing their weights around AI capabilities and usung tax cuts to attract big tech into their region. Some are making a play on green energy, supply chain hub development, etc. A recent common thread, though, is the increased attention around global talent mobility.
