I love facilitating strategy retreats! ...and if my dreams become reality, my preference will be to work with a group of about 10 organisations from different verticals each time. The idea will be to agree on major plans ahead of the year, but more importantly, conduct quarterly assessments to ensure alignment in real time. The ultimate goal is to keep an eye on 3 critical elements i.e overal corporate strategy, execution, and people.
