Of course ideal light, watering frequency, fertilizing, etc. all play a role, BUT what I have noticed, and what I have seen other plant parents say as well, is that sometimes it just takes a few years for your Hoyas to put out their first peduncle. Once they do, it feels like they bloom often, but waiting for that initial bloom can be tiring. So, I feel you and hang in there!! It’ll bloom when you least expect it!
