My number one rule for keeping plants manageable is: I generally try to only have 1 pot of each plant variety! Less individual pots = less plants to care for! I do have a few duplicates of extra special plants but I follow this rule pretty closely and it helps me be able to stay on top of care! I potted all of these rooted cuttings in with the main plant which made the plant look more full and I have less individual plants to worry about!
