have always been curious about the Thermomix 🤔 (‼️Note: Thermie cannot pressure cook, was a mistake on my end 🙏🏻) after living alone for a period of time, you kind of just want to experiment around and cook various dishes. to me, it feels therapeutic and enjoyable but some dishes really require quite a bit of prep work. with the Thermomix, it really reduces the amount of time spent doing prep work and there are also so many recipes for you to try out.
