🧠 AI can change everything. But SHOULD you change everything? During one of my training sessions, a senior leader shared a perspective that stopped me in my tracks: "Yes, AI can transform the entire application. But think about the END USER." → How old are they? → How fast can they adapt? → A 45 or 50-year-old user will RESIST even a small UI change → Now imagine asking them to accept a COMPLETE overhaul He said something powerful: "You're thinking from a DEVELOPER's perspective. Think from the LEGACY USER's perspective." And he's absolutely right. Just because AI CAN change everything doesn't mean you SHOULD change everything at once. Real-world AI transformation isn't about what's technically possible. It's about what your USERS can actually absorb. The best AI transformation isn't the fastest one.
