🌟 how I saved $$$ while solo travelling 🌟 I have NEVER done this before but for my trip to the US this time round, I brought my pots and pans because I wanted to save money from having to eat out. Can you imagine with the tax, service charge and mandatory tip, each meal is going to be at least $40-$50? 🥲 I also really LOVE eating seafood and cooking, so it’s perfect for me to just grab some groceries and cook simple meals. I like getting crabs because the Dungeness Crabs sooooo much cheaper in the US. For a comparison, a Dungeness crab dish in Singapore is at least $200SGD, but for me to buy and cook myself, it is less than $30SGD for one crab. Insane right?! 😩 I also bought the lobster and fresh prawns. Till today, I’m still salivating over all the seafood I cooked because everything was so fresh, sweet and juicy 😋 I’m literally a SEE-FOOD girl, do you geddit? 😂😂😂 ok jokes aside, I am proud to be an Auntie 🥳 at least I save my money for other things while travelling hehe ...
