Posted @withregram • @lts_ucal On Monday, our R&I team discussed plant biology with one of our partnership schools Chiniki Community College in Morley, AB. Our volunteers Micha and Michael presented about why plants are so amazing and how biotechnology through their work in @igemcalgary has made a difference in agriculture in Alberta. Following the chlorophyll extraction and art projects, the students started planting seeds for the greenhouse that was built with @lts_ucal last year.
