It’s funny that everything I used to wish would happen has happened. And now with 33 days left in the year, I’m slowing down so I can actually prepare for 2026. My beloved Stanford professor, Joel Peterson, always reminded us: “Have a plan. It can be written in pencil, but have one.” ✍🏻 So I’m sketching mine out. Nothing perfect, just direction.
