This past weekend I got honored at the cioafrica Awards as the #DxNova Woman of the year award ~ out of 50 finalists from across #Africa The CIO 100 Africa awards are industry leading recognition for outstanding work in digital transformation and the DxNova focuses on championing the inclusion of women in the technology sector. If we’ve interacted you must know my passion and intentional support for women and girls in #STEM - so much that 40% of our #1MillionDevs4Africa scholarships annually go to young women who want to pursue a career in technology and last year we launched the Power Women in Tech plpcommunity that is now almost at over 10,000 members across Africa.
