Super honored to be selected into the 2025 Academy of Skills Development by the itcilo at the unitednations Turin Campus where 50 experts of different nationalities drawn from Government, Academia, Development and Private sectors explore how policy, practice, and partnerships meet to sharpen skills systems. We’ve built and grown plpafrica into the third largest skilling organization in #Africa by Scale and now we’re doubling down on a Talent-First model—verifiable placements, venture creation, and demand-led skilling. I’m here to sharpen three levers we’re scaling across Africa: - Sectoral skills approaches that close real employer gaps, -Quality apprenticeships/work-based learning to speed time-to-productivity, and -Smarter financing for skills to make outcomes more sustainable.
