What started as a last-minute idea turned into one of my favorite projects yet 🥹🥰 A few days before Scottie’s birthday, I decided to custom paint a toddler table and chairs set for her, because there’s something so special about handmade gifts, especially when they’re made with love (and a few all-nighters). I filled the table with some of her favorite things: mermaids, fruit, our family dog, flowers, butterflies, fish, a NYC taxi (it’s her favorite city after all 🚕), crabs for my little Cancer baby, and of course, her name. The chairs arrived a bit later, and I plan to paint them in a soft pastel with a whimsical twist.
