Leaving my protective style in for 2 months (preferably cornrows) 2. Low manipulation buns 3. Hair growth vitamins 4. Onion Oil & my mom’s organic oil 5. Leaving that man alone - What didn’t help me: 1. Weekly wash & go’s 2. Daily scalp rubs 3. Only trimming 2x a year 4. Tight ponytails 5.
