#gifted | Do dads or non-birthing partners get enough postpartum support? No. Next question. Justin became a parent the same day I did. But while I had support, he was expected to just be the rock. That kind of pressure takes a toll on your mental health, identity, and ability to show up fully. Especially as a working parent. Thankful for the team at @myjosieinc who gifted us coaching sessions for Justin to use in the postpartum period. From emotional processing to career support as a working dad. I can’t tell you how much of a difference it’s made to watch him evolve and get support with everything from mental & emotional health to career advice and balancing being a working dad with this new identity (and so little time). I know a lot of you in this community are working parents and I am encouraging you to check it out for yourself or your partner. It’s been a game changer. We are all deserving of help in this big, exciting new chapter #IWishIHadThis #Josie #workingparents
