OMG! I just finished my 1st week as a full-time Product Manager at Microsoft! 🥹 After interning at Microsoft last summer, I received an email with an offer to return to Microsoft full-time. Sooo here are 3 tips I have for converting your internship into a return offer ⬇️ 1️⃣ Write in a “brag book” daily during your internship. Create a brag book document where you document your accomplishments, feedback from your team, and any relevant information from each day. When you meet with your manager weekly, you can easily look back at your brag book to discuss updates from your week. 2️⃣ Set up 1:1s to get to know your main team better. Within the first month of your internship, set up 1:1 coffee chats or lunches with colleagues you’ll be working with and those in your core team.
