Create a strong elevator pitch for recruiters at in-person conferences. Build a personal portfolio with past projects that you can talk about in interviews. ✅ Treat recruiters and hiring managers (and everyone!) with respect, kindness, and professionalism Remember that everyone is still a human being, whether they are a recruiter, a hiring manager, intern, or anyone else.
