catching a @bensbread_co Friday Special 🥪 is like spotting an orca on a ferry - rare and magnificent! this was an artisan chicken parm with juicy chicken, thick moz, spicy peps, all smothered in Mariana. the sesame roll was perfection, light and squishy - it reminded me of the airiness of a Mt Bagel bagel - and kept the sandwich together nicely. the lemon curd citrus bar was also terrific!
