Hey yall! I’m only telling you all of this from my POV / experience. As a homeowner plus new realtor I would highly recommend getting your own inspector outside of the builder to ensure you are covering your basis as this is a huge investment. People are not always on your side so making sure you’re covered before you close is a must. It’s an extra fee of course but it’s all worth it in the end.
