So while everyone else is flooding inboxes with the same recycled bullet points, you’ve got a big opportunity to actually stand out.
Three things that are working right now:
Stop leading with keywords and start leading with impact. Anyone can list a skill. Only you can tell the story of what happened when you used it.
Overdeliver on proof. Work samples, case studies, a portfolio, anything that shows you can do the job before they’ve hired you. You’re going to need it when you find yourself in an interview with actual humans.
Use AI as an editor, not an author. First drafts, key phrases from the job description, spell check, great. But if you get the interview, you need to be able to back up every word of that resume with a real example. The story has to be yo...
