Have you guys noticed this change too? I’m not sure if I like it 😅
I know everyone hates the years of experience qualification, but if there’s no shot they’re hiring someone with less than 10 years of working experience, I don’t want to waste my time applying if I only have 3.
What do you guys think? Better to be specific or keep it vague?
