Emerald Cave is a stunning alcove located along the Arizona-Nevada border and is absolutely worth seeing if you’ll be in Las Vegas or Northwest Arizona. Kayak tours are around $100 per person and launch from Willow Beach Marina. The paddle to Emerald Cove is about 2.5 miles each way (5 miles total) and takes most people about 4 hours for the entire trip. To see the water at its true emerald color, plan to visit the cave in the early afternoon between 12 - 2pm. When booking a tour, try to choose a time where the halfway point of the trip (when you reach Emerald Cave) falls within that window.
