If you’re feeling devilish, take the plunge at Devil’s den
This prehistoric underground cave is spring fed with crystal clear water. The best time to visit for sunbeams is around 11am - 1pm but for less crowds and more wildlife (the fish and turtles come up to the surface after most people leave!) then I’d visit during the earliest or latest time slots available
You can snorkel and scuba dive here but reservations are required ahead of time on the devils den website. You can bring your own gear or rent it. To visit and rent snorkel gear it cost about $50 total and you get 90 minutes in the cave. That price also came with a day pass to hang out at the property the rest of the day where they also have an above ground man made swimming area with spring fed water which is totally worth relaxing at for a few hours!
Have you been to devils den prehistoric spring and campsite before?
