The Boyce Thompson Arboretum is one of the best things you can do in Phoenix and it’s also one of the best places to see fall colors in Arizona. The gardens sit just outside the mining town of Superior Arizona about an hour’s drive east of downtown. It’s Arizona’s oldest and largest botanical garden with more than 2,600 species of desert plants. Entry is $25 for adults and $10 for children. Fall colors usually start mid-late November and can last until the end of December so book a trip soon to see them! Conditions in the video are from November 27th 2024 but based on current trail reports, fall colors are going to peak later than last year!
