AD | This National Park is a MUST DO but it does require some planning so here’s what you need to know before you go👇🏼🏝⛴ The island has no food or running water so you have to pack in and out all of your food, water, and trash for the entire trip! 🥾 🚐 Getting there: I recommend going to Scorpion Anchorage on Santa Cruz Island if it’s your first trip. The @islandpackers ferry departs from Ventura, California. Round-trip tickets for day trippers are $70 per adult. Make sure to book these tickets ahead since they usually sell out. Depending on weather, the boat ride can be rough so bring motion sickness meds if you are prone to it. 🚣‍♀️ Activities: You have to book a sea cave kayaking tour with @islandkayaking to explore the coastal sea caves and see wildlife up close and personal.
