9.3.24 • Why it is that we perceive we are lost?
Compassionate Inquiry is the process of inquiry through the approach of curious and creative questioning of one’s self, beliefs, psyche, adaptations, behaviors, sensations, feelings and perceptions.
Finding ways to challenge our beliefs, helps us break free from the limitations we take on from the externalized perceptions projected onto us in our formative years. These projections that lead us to not feeling like we belong.
