This is human work. This is snake work. This is chameleon work. This creative work. This expanding work. While I’ve had over a decade of trauma informed therapeutic work, I’ve also worked with individuals over the last few years in IFS, EMDR, and most recently PAT integration and reprocessing ceremonies. The extensive work I’ve done for myself, is also the groundwork that informs the work I am doing with others. Since I left my second marriage I have also landed a six figure role, moved away from my abuser, updated my identity as a mother, embraced new identities while shedding old ones. I have completed multiple masters level certifications that have supported the pivot of where I came from to where I’m going. I have represented myself pro se against my abuser for the last seven years, and I have reclaimed parts of who I was that were suppressed by systemic programming.
