Remember, as you are healing, it takes the splitting off of previous versions of yourself to showcase the majestic spectrum of vibrancy at the end of the storm. Storms can completely exhaust us from every angle - slitting off parts of who we once were in order to operate on a new wavelength. Whole refraction is the splitting of the light.
