This was a super scary moment. Kapil and I were on our last song of the set, and someone watching the show suddenly fell to the ground. He was behind a pilar so was pretty out of sight. My gut instinct was to stop the song and end the set, and I’m so glad that we did. The ambulance came, and it was a whole thing. Luckily he was okay! And we were in a pretty crowded hotel so lots of help was available! (Funnily enough, he texted me while he was on the ground saying “sorry the idiot on the ground is me!” We hadn’t met yet so didn’t know what he looked like!) I remember seeing some big artists experience the same thing, and in some cases doing absolutely nothing - so I didn’t want to be the same.
