Happy Sunday from the recovery couch! It’s Kendra here ready to bring you the unveiling of holes 4-6 of our urban golf track in NW Portland! With the recent spell of heavy rainfall here nearing its end, sunshine + clouds look to be setting the stage for plenty of golf both rurally and urban alike; I will be living vicariously through you all. We pick things back up at Hole #4, a sharp dog left (noticing a trend, here?) that should be played as a Par-3. You can take one of two routes here, either pin seek blindly straight over the barbed wire fence, or lay up to the right side of York St which will give you a nice approach shot into a visible pin, set right up against the blue wall. On the walk between #4 and #5, look to your 12:00 and admire the stark difference in architecture of the early 20’s church and mid 70’s manufacturing plant.
