Congress just shut the door on transparency. Rep. Nancy Mace delivered this speech after the House voted 357–65 to block a resolution that would have forced the release of congressional sexual harassment investigation records. Instead of letting the public see the files, both parties voted to send the issue back to the Ethics Committee — effectively burying it.
