My very last #WomensPizzaMonth post. Saved the best till last, of course it’s for Chiara Quaglia, the head of Petra 🙌 Chiara’s favourite pizza is parmigiana. I’ve fried aubergine and topped this pizza with tomato, mozzarella and Parmesan. Definitely one of my favourite pizzas I’ve made recently. Chiara is an incredible woman. Effortlessly stylish with impeccable taste. She’s a really inspiring person to be around. And you know how much I love their flour. The attention to detail and quality is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. I’m very proud to be a small part of the team 🖤💛 Thanks to everyone for joining in this month. I’ve loved seeing your posts.
