Another day, another #womenspizzamonth pizza! This one is for the legend that is Linda Lewis! She set up @llkpizzapros and worked her socks off to make it into the business it is today, and at a time when you didn’t see many women in the industry. She’s the most incredible woman. She’s warm and kind and absolutely hilarious. She’s pure joy and hugs in human form. And a brilliant business woman too. I’ve got so much respect for her. I’ve made a mozzarella and blue cheese base for her, topped with red onion. Finished with balsamic and walnuts for a bit of crunch. Hope you like it Linda!!
