Is Marinara Monday a thing? Thin crust, Marinara base using gorgeous @casamarrazzo1934 organic tomatoes. Milled by hand and seasoned with salt. Sicilian oregano, thin sliced garlic and olive oil. Oh and I added a few chilli flakes for a kick. I’ve finished this with strac, basil, pea shoots, more chilli and more oil. Summer on a plate!
