Smarties brownies 😋 We had so much fun making these, Ronnie nicked so much chocolate and batter 🤣 Smarties went everywhere 🤣😂 Thank you again, @smeg_uk, for the mixer. It's Ronnie's now 😁 Ingredients • 350g Unsalted butter • 350g Dark chocolate, chopped • 6 Large eggs • 350g Light brown sugar • 220g Plain flour • 300g Smarties Method 1. Preheat the oven to 160°C fan and line a 9”x13” brownie tin. 2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. 3. Chop the dark chocolate and stir it into the warm melted butter. Mix well and leave to cool slightly. 4. Whisk together the eggs and sugar in a stand mixer until pale and fluffy. 5. Pour in the chocolate-butter mixture and whisk until fully incorporated and smooth. 6. Fold in the flour, followed by 225g of the Smarties until evenly distributed. 7. Pour the mixture into the brownie tin and spread out evenly. Then top with the remaining 75g of Smarties. 8. Bake in the middle of the oven for 25-30 minutes. 9...
