What an amazing week! Flew out to Vegas for Pizza Expo with the farinapetra and petraflourusa crew. It was my first time in Vegas and it didn't disappoint! It was absolutely brilliant to meet oonihq legends jimmyhank_pizza eddiespizza412 themayorofpizza pizzainthesac and stagliopizza for the first time. And a massive shout out to realcleverfood who I've known for years through Instagram but only just met IRL. She has looked after everyone and has been so generous and kind. Need some cheese? Ask Christy. Need a pep talk? She's your woman. No basil available within a 20 mile radius..... actually, that's gregbird.hiipie speciality. And the best travelling companion ever joehurdcook I met too many of you to tag but it's been fantastic and I've enjoyed every second.
