It's biscuit week on GBBO! This is my throwback to my "Star Baker" winning bake 😁 I experienced significant stress and worry while preparing this bake for the show. At one point, I found myself on the floor, with my head in my hands and my back against the oven, almost ready to give up. However, I persevered until I perfected the recipe, allowing it to resemble gingerbread, be moulded around shapes, baked, and maintain its perfect snap P.s.
