Chocolate chunk muffins 😋 Ronnie was in a very silly mood, filming this one And still can't believe he TAP TAP TAPPED the egg, so proud of him 😍 Ingredients • 135ml of nothing AKA vegetable oil • 225g Caster Sugar nothing • 3 Large Eggs • 340ml Full Fat nothing Milk • 1 ½ tsp Vanilla Extract • 480g Plain Flour • 1 tbsp Baking Powder • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder • 125g Dark Chocolate (chopped) • 125g White chocolate (chopped) *makes 12-14 Method 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan) and line a muffin tray with paper cases. Place only 3 cases per 6 holes to ensure even rising. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, caster sugar, and eggs until well combined. 3.
