Recently, my husband and I had dinner and a date night at one of Columbus’ newest restaurants to hit the scene: @fyrshortnorth (located in the new @hiltoncolumbus). We were invited to sit at the chef’s private table, which was featured right in front of their incredible live-fire 🔥 kitchen. 10/10 highly recommend this view to enhance your experience. The menu highlights an elevated cuisine, curated by world-renowned 🌎 and Argentinian chef, @sebaslarocca 👨‍🍳 The cocktails were refreshing and fun, and the menu was intentional with every course presented to us. It included wood oven roasted tomatoes 🍅 , ceviche, pickled vegetables, embedded 🦐 , empanadas, cured duck breast and a surprise gelatin dessert. The staff were extremely attentive and inviting, and the space was absolutely stunning, and unique.
