If you’ve been wanting to see the wildflower blooms at Anza-Borrego State Park in San Diego County, this is your sign to go today, March 1, 2026. 🌼🌵 These clips are from our visit Spring 2024. I wanted to make it down to the desert so badly this weekend, but between ski trips and our kids’ activities, I realized we needed a rest weekend at home. Still, as someone who’s experienced these blooms three times in the last few years with my kids and family, I wanted to share this info and inspo for those of you in SoCal who might be up for a little road trip. 🩷 I’ve checked Facebook groups, California wildflower forums, current posts, and cross-referenced them with park updates, to make sure what I’m sharing reflects what you’re likely to see right now.
