✨ This is your sign to book that friend trip! ✨ I just got back from Tucson with friends I’ve known for 10+ and 20+ years. We’re wives, moms, daughters, doctors. We’re always taking care of others… but for a few days, we took care of ourselves and filled our cups. 💛 We spent a day at @miravalarizona , savored Tucson’s incredible foodie scene (did you know it’s a UNESCO City of Gastronomy?), hiked among the towering saguaros at Saguaro National Park, enjoyed some sauna, ice bath, and hot tub time at @jthtucson , and squeezed in this impromptu sunset diy photo shoot. It’s always hard to step away from our many roles and responsibilitie at home, but when we do, we’re reminded just how meaningful and restorative it is. 💫 🙏 Thanks to our partners and parents for holding the fort down for a few days at home.
