We spent our last full day in Xi’an exploring the Muslim Quarter, one of the city’s oldest and most vibrant neighborhoods. From fried beef pancakes (a trip favorite!) to fresh dumplings (the owner let our kids join him in making some) and roujiamo (aka the world’s oldest burger), we ate our way through the day with our guide Ken, while learning about the area’s rich history and culture. We also visited the beautiful Great Mosque, wandered the bustling market streets, and ended the day at the iconic Xi’an Bell Tower. This wraps up our China spring break shares!
