Steak Salad Sundays Part 77: Salt and vinegar chip inspired steak caesar For the salad: Romaine Sliced steak Freshly grated parmesan cheese Handful of salt & vinegar chips (crushed for topping) @kettlebrand Tangy Caesar Dressing Tangy Caesar Dressing: ¼ cup mayonnaise 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp anchovy paste 1 tsp Dijon mustard 1 tbsp malt vinegar 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 3 tbsp grated Parmesan 2-4 tbsp olive oil, as needed (start with 2 and add more to get to consistency you like) Salt and pepper, to taste Add all ingredients except olive oil and whisk until smooth.
