✨ FOCUS ON THE INPUT, NOT THE OUTPUT I went to a barre class a few days ago, and the teacher gave me feedback about my pose. I was confused about it; as a perfectionist, I wanted to do it perfectly. Then I realized that a good technic requires practice, as there are not many things we can be innately great. I'm doing the work - I will go to barre weekly, take ballet classes, and keep practicing.
