🌃 I have connected the most with myself by traveling, living abroad, and connecting with other cultures. ✈️ When I graduated from the University of Puerto Rico, I took a different path and moved to Europe. Where I met some of the best people in my life and unlocked a new Yaneisha. Once I moved to NYC, I thought I had gone through many reflections and learnings, but the city had a lot more for me. My self-awareness went to the next level; I truly needed to learn to say NO and be sure about my priorities. ✍🏾One exercise I did after a long-term relationship was to list the things I love and enjoy doing. After being so long in a relationship, you can lose track of what you really like or want.
