It’s wild how much can change in a month when you finally choose yourself. After my laser liposuction and AbEX procedures at @sonobello, I’ve been feeling my body settle and heal, getting back into my routines, moving a little more each day… and it’s been emotional in the absolute best way. There were days before this when I didn’t feel comfortable in my own skin, and I didn’t really talk about it. Now I’m trying on clothes again, catching glimpses of myself in the mirror, and taking a second to really soak it in. I did this for me!
