All these photos are of my “hiding”, can you believe it?? OK, so clearly I got REALLY good at posing in a way to hide my belly in pics because the amount of comments and DM’s I got saying that you had no idea that I even had a reason to get laser liposuction? Too many count. 😂 I wouldn’t necessarily say I was ashamed of it, but it’s definitely something that made me uncomfortable. And I worked hard at showing up through that uncomfortability. I figured out a way to still show up, smile and feel confident even in those moments when I wasn’t feeling like my most confident self. Being a color and print lover, those are the things that always make me feel beautiful and confident so always being dressedinjoy definitely helped. But now? Not having to deal with that thin layer of uncomfortability is so freeing. And the ease I feel when getting dressed is something I’ve wanted for a very long time.
